Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I rent land that I have my mobile home on ad there is a tree that is large and obviously here for a long time.. My neighbor is complining about branches over their Mobile home and I offered to trim them if I was allowed on their roof they said no way anyone will be on their roof and no ladders against their house! So is it my responsibility or the land owners to do heavy trimming? I say the other party is complaining so they should do it...

I would tell them to go talk to the person you rent the land from. It's the landlord's tree not yours. So you're not responsible for the tree.
