Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

inherited property that I was added on as spouse

My husband was given property as a gift before we were married and has had the property in his name for some years now. I was added to the deed as wife and now all my past credit issues are arising. Is it to late to remove my name from the property that has no mortgage and it is not our place of residence.

I do not have enough information as I do not know about your past credit issues. You should consult with an attorney to discuss the situation. If you were added to the deed as Husband and wife, then any creditors of you (the wife alone) would have difficulty doing anything with the property. If you would like to schedule a consultation with my office you may contact me.
