Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I fell at work and got 20 stitches in my arm. Do I wait until the stitches come out and the WC doctor releases me before returning to work?

Your decision regarding returning to work is mostly based upon the opinion of your treating physician. If he believes you can return to work in some capacity and your employer is able to provide work within his or her restrictions then you return.
