Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

is there a precedent ?

I had chest pains at work on a fri. Went to hosp. on sat. was admitted with two blocked arteries. Cardio Dr. wrote me a note saying my line of work can exacerbate my conditon. Should I collect Workers Comp.?

Sure. I have litigated suck cases with success, frcing the insurance carriers to settle.

were you engaged in physically demanding work at the moment of your incident? were you doing something unusually stressful? what was the enviromnet like? did u have help working and were there witnesses?

lots of questions - mostly concerning whether your myocardial infarction requiring stenting AROSE out of and was RELATED to you work duties.

obtain counsel. the carrier will not voluntarily pay in most circumstances.
