Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

tnx atty for such a great advice. but furthermore what other ways to lift the TPO/PPO since the judge handling the case ir in favor on the mothers side. Though the judge havent read the insights of the case we filed but focused only to the RA 9262. It only states that a child below 7 years old should be in the custody of the mother. But the judge never consider the contests of the said RA 9262, wherein the mother is the one violating the other rules included in the RA.

we had a hearing and when we are about to present the psychologist, they barred us from doing so coz by the rule maybe the judge will be inflicted by ignorance of law if ever he will listen to what the psychologist may say regarding the result of the psychological abuse the mother has inflicted that child. Instead the judge ask the other lawyer to pass a report pertaining the fact that the judge should not listen to the witness. Thus we presented a copy of certificate that the child was absent from school for 2 days without no reason since they took the child from me due to the TPO.

could i possibly change my judge? how?

what other motion or memorandum should i consider for the judge to listen to our petition?

would there be chance that i can get my child back?
