widow and children rights
My Mom died without testament and without laeving any debts whatsoever, My dad decided to give some of their properties to us so all of us made ''Extrajudicial Settlement of State with Waiver of Share'' and then time goes by he finds someone her live in partner and this girl brainwash him that he still have the rights to get back his properties and sell it and that what he did, What are we going to do? Please help us.. The only thing we have here is the APPROVED EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF SHARE.

You should file actions for annulment of contract to nullify the sale of the properties made by your father inspite of the extrajudicial settlement of estate after you mother died

You can ask the court for the annulment of the contract of sale executed by your dad in respect to the sale of peorpties subject of his waiver.
