Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Hallo Attorney, yah my mom was still alive while this selling took place. but they don't accept it and my uncle denied that he signed the documents eventhough i tried to show him the papers he was signed in. is it posible to change is lastname to the lastname of his real parents? coz he is giving me an idea... that he wont run after the land if i change his name. how much it will cost and how long? This can be done administratively before the Local Civil Regristrar where the birth was recorded.
