Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

i have a live-in partner before, we acquired a lot through mortgage with different amount that we lend to the borrower but until now it was not yet transferred to our names, my question is if the title would be put on our names does the amount of money borrowed from us willl reflect on the title specifying whose who?or the whole amount noted without indicating the individual lenders?
