How can I custody of my unborn grandchild. The baby mother want mself and husband to raise the child. My son deceased four months ago.

If the mother cooperates, then you can either get custody or adopt the child, whichever you prefer. There are pros and cons for both approaches.

Nothing can be filed until after the child is born, but you should go ahead and consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
