Child support

I owe child support and am way behind in payments. My three kids are in their 20's now, educated and enployed.

The state of SC has blocked my passport.

what can I do to get on with my life

Your best/only option is to come up with a way to satisfy the child support obligation, which will result in your passport being cleared.
