Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

divorce

my husband has physical custody of our three children. We are currently in agreement that the children will live with him and continue to go to school in that area. However he wants full custody and for the children not to be around my boyfriend but i am pregnant is there a chance that i can have my kids apart of my new family?

Re: divorce

There are many factors that come into play in a custody analysis, and without knowing much more information, it's not possible to give you any specific advice.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
