How can I evict my husband from the house that I owned prior to our marriage?

The "short" answer is that you cannot "evict" him from that home. The house could possibly be marital property, even though you say you owned it prior to the marriage, if certain factors are met. However, it's not possible to say whether they are or not without much more information.

The process for you to get him out if he won't voluntarily leave is to file an action in Family Court and ask the Court at a temporary hearing to require him to leave. Again, there are many factors that come into play here, so more information is needed.
