Mothers right to refuse ''New Wife''

Iam a mother, who has sole custody of a 6 yr old child.

her father and I were never Married. He has court ordered Visitation, which include everyother weekend and some holidays. He has Married a women younger than him. My child has come home from visitation with bruises that my child states came from aunt from stepmothers family. My child has also stated that stepmother has slapped her. Do i have the right to keep stepmother from picking up or dropping off my child from her fathers visitation and how can i keep this woman away from my child?

Your first obligation is to the protection of your child. If you feel that your child is being physically abused during visitation with the biological father, then report it to the Department of Social Services in your county. They will investigate the situation and take measures to protect your child.
