Legal Question in Real Estate Law in South Carolina

What should we do if a neighbor has a very strong offensive odor of kitty litter emanating from their condo and is not approachale in a constructive manner. She is very defensive and speaking with her is out of the question.

I suppose you could try complaining to management, calling the Health Department, and maybe sending her a letter signed by you and as many other neighbors as possible if you can get any to sign it. Or maybe you could just send it unsigned. Lastly, and I would certainly consult with an attorney first, but I suppose its possible to file a law suit against her and possibly againt the HOA. This isn't really my area of law. Good luck.
