privacy violation

i have a mobile home in my name only......which is currently in foreclosure due to my being unemployed....my wife was served a summons along with me.....by the equal credit act of 1978, are they not in violation by serving my wife who is not on the contract....they also called and gave her info via the telephone , i cant afford an attorney

and need some help to forestall my case so i can raise funds to keep my house thank you

Re: privacy violation

Go to an attorney immediatly. If you own a home you can afford an attorney. If you don't, you will default in because of failure to respond. The plaintiff justy wants to know they can be paid. You need someone to negotiate for you; there appears to be no doubt that you owe the money.
