Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in South Carolina

i was sexually harrassed and viciously sexually harrassed my my assnt manager. I have a witness, i told the manager, i have a winess. he was fired fir the harrassment. i cry all the time, im on meds for my nerves i need therapy and all HR wants to know is when will i be back at work. I have told them i need help, and i am under dr care fro this under my dime. they change the subject again asking when will i be back at work what can i do. i can't work, i now have no income from this jerk, they wont pay for therapy, my life is falling apart, im falling apart, what do i do?

You may be able to sue the company. You should also contact the EEOC and file a complaint.
