Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in South Dakota

No Account Checks

I am charge with 8 no account checks. I just did 30 days in county with a supended imposition in an other countey for the same thing. if i file for bankruptcy will that take care of them. I dont know what to do. I cant pay it off but i am willing to make payments. what should i do?

I am not licensed in your state. However, generally a condition of your probation is to repay restitution. If you were to file bankruptcy, you would likely violate the terms of your plea and any jail time previously stayed could be imposed.
