Legal Question in Disability Law in Tennessee

My Mother just died, and I am her oldest son and Executor of her Will.

Her will leaves everything to me, and two other brothers. Does her will have to be probated?

Absent probating the will, there's no judicial confirmation that the will is valid. Without a will, all of her assets will go in accordance with Tennessee's statutes on intestate (no will) succession.

Additionally, absent probating the will it will be difficult to get clear title to any real estate she owned (if any).
