Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Tennessee

ebay sale

I sold a lady a product thru ebay (i am a cooperation) we shipped it(to another state) thru our shippers but it is clearly stated in our auctions that shipping is buyers responsibility we only offer our shippers because we get a discount. upon receiving product buyer had a few complaints which we corrected. then 3 months later buyer contacts us saying something else was wrong we sent her the new part for that problem. before she received the part she asked for her money back we told her we would return her money but she had to return the product(which would be her responsiblity clearly stated in our listings). we returned her money but she has never returned the product.the product is a $1400.00 value and we can reale it on ebay. we have made numerous attempts to contact her via e mails messages on phone etc. she does not reply to any thing. so she has our money and our product. do we have any legal recourse.? it is our understanding that this has become an illegal business for some people via the internet. we our out the $14oo.oo we sent her back and a $1400.00 refrigerator . do you have any suggestions as to how we should handle this? we are in Tn and she is in In

Re: ebay sale

Sue her for small claims in Indiana. Once you get a judgment there, you can attach it to her wages.
