What can i be charged with if i am found with a stolen weapon, but my record is clean.

Theft of property.

In Tennessee, "theft" includes what used to be called "receiving or concealing" stolen property). The level of the offense depends on the value of the property.

Under $500 = Class A Misdemeanor.

$500 - $999.99 = Class E Felony

$1,000 - $10,000 = Class D Felony
