Adoption of wifes 2 children

I recently got married. My husband and I have been together for almost 3 years, but only married for 4 months. I have 2 children from a previous relationship. Their father is court ordered to pay child support, but he has no paid anything. My husband wants to adopt my children. How do we go about having my childrens fathers rights terminated & how do we proceed with the adoption?

Contact an attorney who handles adoptions. If you would like to discuss your options in detail, feel free to call me. Under TN law if a parent fails to have contact with OR pay child support for a child for more than four months that parent's parental rights can be terminated.
