Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Seeking Custody of a child

My husband has a child five months old in Tennessee. The woman owes over 15 thousand dollars in back child support for 2 children she had with her ex husband as he gained full custody of the 2 children. We feel she will not be a fit mother and we are seeking full custody of this child. How do we go about this beings that we are in Texas and she is in Tennessee?

Re: Seeking Custody of a child

You will probably need a Tennessee attorney. Let me know where Mom resides and maybe I can suggest an attorney if you are not familiar with the area. Also, you can contact that county's District Attorney child support office and they can give you the name of a good local attorney. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
