Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Separation and Moving With Children

When you and your spouse separate what is the law about moving with your children before filing for divorce? If you choose to move to Canada, will Tn Law allow you to do so, or will you have to give up your children to your spouse? Would you have to notify them by law if you are only separated and havent filed anything with the court?
