Can an attorney testify in a deposition without being disqualified from representing one of the parties if that party does not object to the deposition?

This is tricky. The attorney can testify about anything that does not violate the attorney-client privilege, unless, of course, the client waives the privilege. Testifying does not, in and of itself, disqualify the attorney from his/her representation. I get the impression that your fact situation may involve more facts than this type of forum allows.
