Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee

deed restrictions & covenants

1) Whose responsibility is it to enforce deed restrictions

noncompliance?

2) What recourse do I have if the municipality and developer

refuse to take action?

3) Attorney was contacted, restrictions provided, letter

sent to developer and he returned with statement that

it was not hiss responsibility, etc., and further that the

metal shelter was not 'noxious' to him.

Help?!

Re: deed restrictions & covenants

If the attorney you are referring to is the attorney for the party on whose land the metal shed is located, then it would appear as though you have not yet retained an attorney to represent you. If the problems you are encountering are as difficult as they seem, you should seek legal representation.
