Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Tennessee
Small claims court case
Basically, Client failed to send money for item for nearly a year after he was notified it was ready to ship pending his payment.
After finally receiving his payment item was shipped a 6-7 weeks later. 4-5 days after he received and signed for item he had papaers sevred on me for the money he paid for the item plus lost wages and gas money to take me to court.
How will thisplay out before court?

What is his claim? If he received the item he paid for and accepted it upon arrival it is not clear what he is claiming as damages.
