Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

conference call off the clock

I work for a division of Radio Shack. My question is: My DM requires all sales employees to be on conference calls even if we are not on the clock. (days off and before our shift began) We are paid hourly and commission. Should we be paid for this time.
