medical review officer
Does Tennessee have a law stating when drug screening a medical review officer has to sign drug screen or notify the employee who has the test done?
Re: medical review officer
Yes, but only if this is an employer that participates in the Tennessee Drug-free Workplace program. Under the rules of that program, the employer cannot take any action against an employee based on a positive drug test if the test is not confirmed and a medical review officer does not contact the employee to discuss it.
