Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

i had a car accident and the other was at fault...we are in negotiation for payment .their limit is 25000 .my medical bills are 14000.. how much can the bills be lower3ed or written down/off after settlement amount is reached.It is medicare as insurance.

You have several detailed legal issues that must be addressed not the least of which is dealing with MEDICARE in an effort to not only settle your case but to reimburse them for the medical bills they have paid. Unless you regrularly deal with MEDICARE it may take you several months to get your claim processed through them.
