kids scared to be alone with step dad

Basically, when my step dad drinks, things happen. I have come home and he was naked in my bed. He has told me to take all my clothes off and get in the hot tub with him. I was asleep one night and he repeatedly came in my room and took my blankets off, until i woke up. These things have affected my life. It has been about 1.5 years since then, but i still want to know if anything can be done legally. My mom still refuses to believe me about any of it. But i still have 2 brothers living there. I came home 1 day and they were being forced to sit in the room w/ him naked.

Tennessee has a toll free number to report child abuse. You should use it and a DCS caseworker will visit your home; however, you should request an evening visit when your stepdad is drunk.
