Death of a Grandmother
My grandmother died on May12, 2005 and my relatives are dragging their feet about settling the estate. What should I do?

A beneficiary of an estate is entitled to have
the estate probated. Your message does not indicate whether a Will is involved or not. But either way, a beneficiary should come forward and file a Petition with the Court requesting that the estate be probated if there is too much foot dragging.
