Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Statute of limitations on an Executor and trustee handing over the trust

I need to know if there is any statute of limitations in this matter.. My father was Executor of an estate. He also was a trustee to hold my portion in trust for me upon my 18th b-day. I have definate proof of his mishandeling of the trust and I also never saw the money. The will was probated in 1995 but my trust was only supposted to be handed over in 2000 so based on when I turned 18 and his power was relinquished am I stepping on any statute of limitations reguarding his fiduciary misconduct and my suing him for his fraudilent actions?

Your message indicates that the trust assets have not been delivered to you as beneficiary of the trust despite the fact that you have now turned 18 and are entitled to those assets. You should petition the court for an accounting by your father as Trustee of the trust.
