Re: injury on the job

There are a lot of unanswered questions in your case. What was your injury? How does it keep you from doing your job? Has a doctor assessed you as having a permanet impairment (disability)?

Did this injury occur in the last year? Did the worker's compensation carrier pay your medical expenses or and temporary disability payments? If you will answer these questions, I can give you a better answer to your question....Bill Poland

What is the reason you cannot do your job? You may consisder voc. tranning from the State of Tennessee.

Do you have any perm disability? Have you settled your workers comp claim?
