What are my rights?

three chemicalexposures.Two were said nothing was wrong. On third i had names of chemicals. was refered to a neuro. My job sent me home. no limited duties available.Have

not seen a doctor since sept 29,06 . what does IME MEAN?

IME means Independent Medical Examination. You have the right to request one by another doctor if you have not done so already. You should contact the State of TN's Department of Labor, Division of Workers' Compensation and let them assist you with this.
