You can definitely wipe out payday loans by filing bankruptcy. I would strongly recommend you file to get rid of this creditor. I cannot express to you how terrible these types of loans are. Yes, absolutely.

If you file a Chapter 7, it will get rid of all the payday loans, plus all the credit cards and past due medical bills and everything else you might have. Consider it a "fresh start" !
