Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

Is it o.k. to make an annual IRA contribution to an established account, right be fore filing for chapter 7?

Generally, I would not recommend it. You really need to talk this over with your bankruptcy attorney. There are far too many variables to answer on a message board
