Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
LLC Buyout
I am in an LLC company, my partner owns 51% and I own 49%. We have been approached by another comapny about the opportunity to sell our company. I am not ready to sell, my partner is. What are my options here? Can he sell our company without my consent? Please help!!! thanks so much.

What you can and can't do will depend on the regulations or operating agreement. Also, did you have a buy/sell agreement in place?
