Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Am trying to set up a company with my mother(India) as the owner. I needed an advice as to where to register it either in Delaware or in Texas? I stay in Texas but people say its good for the company to be registered in Delaware. Also if my Mother is the owner can I still work for the company as I am on H1B visa? and How would I access company funds? If I register it in Texas as I stay here can I be the registered agent myself and still work for the company? Will I have to pay additional taxes other than company/employer taxes when I start hiring people if I take the profits of the company? Please advice.
