Can a partnership business (non LCC or Inc) bank accounts be attached for a personal civil judgement of one of the partners?

In general a creditor of a general partnership can reach individual assets. Your question raises the inverse and it seems that a creditor of one of the partners for nonpartnership liability can examine to see if it can attach general partnership assets that belong to the partner. You should have counsel review the matter.
