Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

What are my rights

Hello, I live in texas and was wondering if there were any laws on you creditors handing out personal info such as how much you owe, what your collateral was and how far behind you are? The creditor has told this to my sisters boss who i don't even know. Also what if any are the laws against them harrasing you at work after you have told them numerous times not to call... thanks

Telling others what you owe is improper.
