Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can any thing taken in a search be used as evidence if the address on the front of the warrant is wrong?

Depends. If the officers enter in good faith (such as entering the house that fits the description because there is no house with the address number that is on the warrant), then a judge could find that their good faith excuses their mistake.
