Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

In 2004 I received a DUI Class A Misdemeanor. Instead of probation, I opted for jail time to be done with it once and for all. I could not drive to probation with a suspended license. Would I be able to expunge this from my record or would it have to be recognized as a case for \"clemency\" only. Please advise.

Cannot get a conviction expunged in Texas. You would have to get a pardon from the governor if you want this off your record.
