is there anyway i can can a tx licence

wwithout getting clearence from michigan i need a licecnce my husband will soon start treatment for hepetitis c and need to be able to drive him to houston

If your license is suspended in Michigan, then it will likely be suspended in Texas as well. You could try to go get a license and see what happens. You could also investigate obtaining an occupational license here in Texas.
