Is it possible to get 2 DWIs dismissed? That would depend on the facts of each DWI. Do you have to pay your lawyer for the second DWI? That would depend on your contract with that lawyer. I have been hired by folks to represent them on more than a single case and folks who retain me on multiple cases.

I can tell you that if you retained me on a single case, and picked up another, i would not represent you on the other case without coming to some sort of agreement.

So it all depends on what kind of agreement you had with the attorney.
