DWI Texas
Is there an Article 894 in Texas? I received a DWI in Dallas (where i live) and am paying out the nose for my lawyer.

Texas does not have Article 894. That is specific to Louisiana Law. Good thing you have a lawyer, and yes, in Texas a DWI is very expensive.
