Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Alimony

I live in TX. I just left my husband after 2 years of marriage, lived together for a total of 9 years, the first 7 not married and did represent ourselves as married. He was mental and emotionally abusive and controlling. He has threatened alimony because does not and never has worked, claims he is disabled, but he is just lazy and refuses to work, mooches off the women of TX. I am the fourth. He has been denied disability benefits because he can work and a judge told him so. He has no proof of any disability and no benefits but he says he is entitled to live just as we did all those years before I ''threw him in the ditch and left him there.'' Does he have any chance of getting alimony? I barely make enough to survive and now I have to pay rent and I will not be able to pay alimony, nor do I feel I should have to continue to support a lazy deadbeat who can work. I also need to know if I have the right to go back for my things that I could not get out of the house. I bought the house, in my name, but the land it is on is his mother's. What if he has destroyed my belongings? Please advise. Thank you very much.
