Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

AOP signed when signer knows he is not the father

My husband and i split up a month ago because he was having an affair with a 17 yr old girl who was pregnant with another mans child, myself and the family just found out he signed an agreement of paternity and put his name on this childs birth certificate knowing he is not the father of the child. What should i do about this? I want to file an annulment and have our marriage voided because i also found out he is married to three other women, will this aop need to be brought up before the judge when we go to court?

If you have established residence in OK, then first thing in the morning, get an OK lawyer to represent you and straighten out this mess.
