Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want to know is it possible to go back to court and regain full custody of a child that you have signed a legal document that was passed through the court. If someone has signed for someone else like a grandparent and/or a Aunt to be the primary parent and you keep conservativeship parenty in the childs life.

The statute says "in the best interest of the children," so I ask you, would what you want to do be in the best interest of the children? If so, then the answer to your question is Yes. Otherwise, if its only in the best interest of you, No. Good luck and God bless you.
