Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody

I am seeking to legally modify my child custody in the courts. I have physical custody of my three kids ages 13, 11, and 6. The older two have signed notorized statements that they wish to live with me. I am still paying child support, it was the only way I could convince my ex to let me have the kids. I need to do all or as much of this as possible due to finincial restraints. I have drafted a modification that I need to be proofed in order to file. Please help.

Re: Child Custody

You can certainly file the modification yourself and see if the court will approve your work.
