Community Property

My father and his ''new'' wife have passed away and we, his children, would like to know if we are entilted to any property. We were told he left everything to his wife but we never saw the will and now that she has passed, she left everything to her children. They have no children together.

First you need to determine whether there were wills. If there were, then they should have been filed with the succession of your father and then the succession of his wife. Reading the wills will tell you all you need to know. If no will by your dad, then you inherit his property. But there are many other factors that I would need to know.
